Terms and Conditions:

* By using this card you agree to these terms and conditions.

* Earn 1 point for every $1 dollar spent (1 point = 10c).

* Points are not earned on part dollar spends (ie spend 7.90, get 7 points).

* Points are not earned on discounted purchases.

* Your Loyalty Card must be provided at the time of purchase to earn points.

* For internet and phone orders, you must advise your Loyalty Card number (its 6 digits and its on the back of the card).

* To redeem your points for free food, simply present your card at the time of purchase (not currently available when ordering on-line).

* Credit (cash) may be loaded onto the card – ask in store for details.

* If you lose your card, contact us ASAP and we will give you a new card & card number.

* Habitual Fix reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without notice.

* Loyalty card points expire 12 months after they are earned.
